The Seafire F.46 was the penultimate in the Seafire family. Essentially it was a semi-navalised version of the Spitfire Mk. 22 - a six-bladed contra prop and sting arrestor hook being the obvious external differences.
Three markings options, clear instructions, two vac-form canopies, and crisply moulded resin parts with delicate detail are provided. Construction is straightforward and problem free; the fit of parts being comparable to a good injected kit (but without locating tabs).
Very clear painting guides and excellent decals all served to help with this simple and most enjoyable build of a very aggressive yet graceful aircraft. Recommended!
