Canadair Sabre in Golden Hawks livery

These photos were taken by Saturday, April 25, by Ex RCAF photographer, Pat NcElroy at CFB Comox BC. This was the final rehearsal for the 100th Anniversary Air Show at the airbase. Pat, and (Ex RCAF Photographer) Al Rubin, served together at 1(F) Wing Marville France 1959-62.
Most of these aircraft appeared at the 100th Anniversary Air Show event in conjunction with the May 21 - 24 Wings and Wheels air show at the Canadian Air and Space Museum, Downsview.
