A first batch of 487 Mosquito photos provided by Anthony Galbraith.
From an email received 31/5/06 from Colin Ford, Canbera, Australia...
"I've been able to go over your revised Ventura site the past couple of days and found in the photos section the photos of Mosquito aircraft of No.487(RNZAF) Squadron contributed by Anthony Galbraith. Most of the photos are post-War, as the polished spinners were introduced on to the Squadron aircraft post VE-Day and they aren't carrying the underwing hardpoints which were removed post-War.
Mosquito EG-B was PZ392 and it was later refurbished and sold to NZ becoming NZ2382. The personnel pictured all served with 487 post War and were on the Squadron strength when it was renumbered No.268 Squadron RAF in October 1945."
