David Frowen writes "The 50th anniversary of the upgraded Wellington New Zealand Airport, and an airshow to be put on by The Vintage Aviator Company commemorating the end of WW1, has seen a BE2c appear in the Wellington airport terminal.
It is one of The Vintage Aviator high standard replicas and, given the rarity of existing RAF engines, they have had to produce their own functioning RAF V-8 engine. (They got their first BE2, a genuine ex Norwegian one, flying earlier this year)."

The next five photos are of the BE2c that I [Bill Coffman. Ed] recently took at the Canada Aviation Museum in Ottawa, and these older photos, including some of the Canadian BE2c in restoration. It is noted that the NZ and Canadian aircraft are presented in the nude, as masterpieces in cabinetry work.

The next three photos are of a BE2C Trainer in the US Army Aviation Museum in Fort Drucker Alabama a few years ago.
This fully covered machine represents the Training aircraft used by the Americans in Britain, on their entry into WW 1 in 1917.
